The semifinals are over, and London and Philly have, against all odds, overcome all other competitors to face in the grand finals this week in New York City.
Tue, Jul 24, 2018
This one's all about the 2018 quarterfinals Philadelphia's surprising triumph over Boston, the Gladiator's 5000 IQ play (and their ultimate defeat), and a Battle Mercy who racks up a 3k in damage.

The Overwatch League 2018 season playoffs are finally here, and we can't wait to see what happens with this week's quarterfinals. The Fusion face off against the Uprising, Eric's personal favorite since the very beginning (and we all laughed at him last December). Meanwhile, the Gladiators take on the Spitfire in a matchup that's almost too perfect.

Overwatch is getting its first playable rodent! Wait, second? Does Junkrat count? Either way, Hammond (i.e. Wrecking Ball) is here, and he's very different than most of us were expecting.
Fri, Jun 29, 2018
After a week-long hiatus, we're back to discuss the Stage 4 Title matches and the official end of the Overwatch League's first regular season.
Fri, Jun 15, 2018
With just one week left in the regular season, Stage 4 is shaping up to be one of the most surprising ones we've seen yet. The Excelsior have literally doubled their number of losses this stage, which means they've lost two games, while the teams from LA have dominated. One surprise that we probably should have seen coming, however, was that Shanghai failed to nab a win yet again.

The MEKAcast is back for our 30th episode! Even in the final weeks of this season, Overwatch League continues to surprise us as the Valiant climb to second place in the league, all but guaranteeing a top-of-division placement in the upcoming playoffs. Meanwhile, the Fuel continue to play better than they have all season and Boston suddenly can't buy a win.
Mon, Jun 4, 2018
We're two weeks into stage 4 of the 2018 Overwatch League seasons, and we're already surprised by what we're seeing. The Boston Uprising, who couldn't lose last stage, are struggling to find a win while the Dallas Fuel are playing better than we've ever seen them before. And, would you look at that? Surefour's racked up the league's first-ever Symmetra play time.
Fri, May 25, 2018
The first week of the last stage of the season just wrapped up, and we've already seen some heartbreaking defeats. Shanghai goes down to the Effect-less Fuel, while Boston fails to muster a win after their perfect stage three record.
Mon, May 21, 2018
The break after last week's stage title matches is over, and we're looking forward to the first week of the final stage of the season. Since the top teams from each division will be playing in the playoffs following Stage 4, every game really feels like it counts now.
Sat, May 12, 2018
Stage 3 has come to its close, and while the title matches themselves weren't quite as dramatic as we might have hoped, the last week leading up to it was one of the best we've seen in the league yet!
Tue, May 1, 2018
They may not have secured the win, but the Shanghai Dragons played their best game ever last week, narrowly losing game 5 to the Fusion. That alone is plenty to get excited about! But that's also not all. The penultimate week of Stage 3 turned out to be one of the best of the season, Pine demonstrates his deadly precision in and out of the game, and Poko also has, er, hidden talents. And it wouldn't be Overwatch League without some good, old-fashioned player harassment!
Thu, Apr 26, 2018
How much can your world change in just one week? Dallas has fired their head coach, Hanzo's scatter arrow is no more (at least on the PTR), Ben Brode has left Blizzard, and it turns out that Canadian bowling is nothing like it is in the states!
Thu, Apr 19, 2018
Stage 3 of the Overwatch League's first season is shaping up to be a surprising one. The Boston Uprising have terminated the contract of DreamKazper after last week's shocking allegations, but losing their top DPS player doesn't stop them from ending NYXL's win streak. New York, who have averaged just one loss per stage, are currently ranked third for the stage.
Sat, Apr 14, 2018
Stage 3 is here, and the OWL drama keeps coming! In this episode, we talk about Widowmaker duel stats, EQO's suspension for account boosting, and the shocking allegations levied against the Uprising's DreamKazper that he solicited nude pictures from an underage fan.

In this episode, Eric and Ashton talk about week one of the new stage as well as the lastest Overwatch news, which was sparser this week with one major exception: Blizz has begun teasing a new hero. But who could he or she be?
